Hi there! I’m Shirley, the heart (and hands!) behind MomFeast — a cozy corner of the internet where family, flavor, and a little bit of kitchen chaos come together.
I’m a proud mom of three wonderful kids, and if motherhood has taught me one thing, it’s this: food isn’t just about feeding hungry mouths — it’s about creating memories. From sticky fingers on the counter to late-night cookie cravings, our kitchen has been the backdrop to so many of life’s sweetest moments.
How MomFeast Was Born
The idea for MomFeast started one school night, somewhere between homework meltdowns and boiling pasta. My youngest asked, “Mom, can you make that magic chicken again?” — and just like that, I realized our meals had become a kind of love language.
Friends started asking for my recipes. Then friends of friends. And soon, I was scribbling notes on the backs of grocery receipts and sending snapshots of sauce-covered pans. So I thought: why not create a space where I can share it all — the tried-and-true family favorites, the quick fixes for busy nights, and the dishes that turn into traditions?
